We want you to be completely satisfied with your T&C Surf Designs purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for unworn and unwashed merchandise. Please ensure all original tags are attached to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely place your items in their original packaging or a sturdy mailer, ensuring all original hangtags and labels are included.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous barcodes.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package off at any authorized carrier location; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt at our warehouse.
